Change management auditing

Okay kiddo, so you know how sometimes grown-ups have to make changes in their work or company? Like when they want to use a new computer system or decide to change how they answer phone calls. That's called change management.

Now, change management auditing is like a grown-up's way of checking to see if those changes are being done the right way. It's like how your teacher might check to see if you did your homework correctly.

The auditors will look at all the steps the grown-ups took to make the change, like who made the decision, who helped with it, and how they communicated the change to everyone who needs to know. If something went wrong or didn't work, the auditors will find out why and tell the grown-ups what they need to do to fix it.

So change management auditing is like a grown-up's way of making sure they didn't make any mistakes when changing things at work. Sounds pretty important, doesn't it?
