Charge (warfare)

Charge warfare is when soldiers line up and run towards each other, trying to push their opponents back or even to break through their line. Charge warfare is usually done by foot soldiers, and often involves swords, spears or other weapons. Charge warfare was a common tactic used in wars centuries ago. It was a dangerous and chaotic tactic, but could be very effective if it was done right. To be successful in charge warfare, soldiers had to be brave and well-trained, and they needed to work together to defeat their enemies.
