Chemical weapon proliferation

Chemical weapons are weapons that use dangerous chemicals to harm or kill people. Proliferation is when they are spread to new places. Chemical weapon proliferation is when chemical weapons spread to new places – either because they are sold or given to those places, or because they are made in those places. This means that more places have chemical weapons, and some places may not be able to control them. This can be bad because chemical weapons can hurt a lot of people if they are used.
