Weapon of mass destruction

A weapon of mass destruction is a weapon that can cause a lot of damage and either kill many people, or destroy things like buildings. They are also called WMDs. They are usually really powerful, and are sometimes ever made to spread over a wider area. Some examples of WMDs are nuclear bombs, chemical weapons, and biological weapons.
