Chief of staff

A Chief of Staff is like a manager for a big company. They are responsible for helping the boss (like a CEO of the company) to do their job better. The Chief of Staff helps the boss to make sure the company is running well and that everyone is working hard. They also help to make sure that all the tasks the boss wants to get done are finished on time.
