Chokehold

A chokehold is a way to stop someone from breathing by squeezing their neck really tightly with your arms. This is dangerous and can hurt people really badly because it can make it hard for them to get air into their body. It's not a nice thing to do and it can cause serious harm or even death. It's important to always treat people with kindness and respect, and to never hurt anyone intentionally.
