Cloaking device

A cloaking device is like a magic cloak or cape that makes something invisible. It can be used to make people, objects, or even whole cities appear to disappear. In science fiction, a cloaking device is usually a device used to mask a starship's energy signature, allowing it to not be detected by its enemies. In reality, cloaking devices are still in development, but many research groups are working on ways to make things invisible.
