Cluttering

Cluttering is when somebody talks really, really fast and their words get kind of jumbled or mixed up. It's like when you try to talk really fast when telling a story and you accidentally skip some words or mix them up. People who clutter might also sound like they're slurring their words a bit or leaving out some sounds. It can be hard for others to understand what they're saying, which can be frustrating for everyone. Some people might need extra help or therapy to improve their speaking skills so that others can understand them better.
