Coal phase out

Coal phase out means that we'll stop using coal to make energy and power things. Coal is a kind of fossil fuel which comes from plants and animals that lived millions of years ago, so it won't replenish and it gives off a lot of pollution when burning it. That's why we want to phase it out and use cleaner sources of energy like solar, wind and water power instead!
