Commercial speech

Commercial speech is when companies, businesses, or organizations talk about their product, service, or event in a public way. This could be through television and radio ads, billboards, signs, magazines, and even websites. Companies do this so they can let people know what they have to offer and persuade them to buy it. It's like a company having a conversation with consumers.
