Freedom of speech

Freedom of speech means that you can express your thoughts and opinions without worrying about being punished for it. It's like a fancy way for saying that you have the right to say what you want without being stopped or punished by other people. It doesn't mean that you can say whatever you want without consequences, but it does mean that you can share your thoughts and beliefs without being afraid of getting in trouble.
