ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Digital rights

Digital rights are the rights people have to use information, technology, and the internet. They are all about making sure people can use and share information without someone stopping them. It’s like if you have a toy at home. It’s your toy and nobody else should be able to take it away from you or tell you not to play with it. With digital rights, it’s the same idea but with information and technology, like pictures, videos, websites, and other things. Digital rights help keep people safe and make sure they can use technology in the way they want to.
