Common collector

A common collector is a type of circuit which allows electric current to flow from one point to another. It is made up of two parts - an input and an output. The input is where electricity enters the circuit, and the output is where it exits. In between the two, there is a transistor. The transistor acts like a middleman. It allows the electricity to enter the circuit, and then controls it as it passes through. This can be useful if you want to increase the power of the electric current, or reduce the amount of current which passes through the circuit.
