Compatibility mode

Compatibility mode is a setting that allows older computer programs and software to work on newer computers. It makes the computer pretend like it is an older computer so the older programs can run on it. For example, if you have an old video game from 10 years ago and you want to play it on your new computer, you can turn on compatibility mode and it will make your new computer act like the old computer to allow the game to run.
