ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Computer-assisted dispatch

Computer-assisted dispatch means when the people who help fix things or save lives, like police officers or firefighters, get messages on their computer telling them where to go when there is an emergency. The computer also helps them know which people are available to help and sends them to the right place so they can help as fast as possible. It's kind of like playing a game where you have to get to the right place quickly to win.
