Concatenation

Concatenation is like when you put two pieces of string together and make them one longer piece of string. In computers, it's like taking two pieces of information and putting them together to make one longer piece of information. For example, if your first name is "John" and your last name is "Smith", you could use concatenation to put them together to make the full name "John Smith".
