Concept Driven Strategy

Alright kiddo, today we're going to talk about something called concept driven strategy. You know how when we play with building blocks, we start with a plan in our minds of what we want to create? That's like having a strategy.

But sometimes, we don't really have a plan and we just start putting the blocks together randomly. That's okay, but sometimes it's better to have a plan to make sure we create something really cool and useful.

Concept driven strategy is like having a plan for grown-ups. Instead of building with blocks, it's a plan for a business or a project. It starts with an idea or a concept, something that the business or project wants to achieve.

For example, if a company wants to make better products, the concept is "innovation". The strategy then focuses on ways to be more innovative, like researching new materials or hiring more creative people.

The idea is to have a concept that drives the whole plan, so everyone working on the project knows what the end goal is. That way, they can all work together towards that end goal, and everything they do is aligned with that concept.

Like how when we're building with blocks, we always make sure each piece fits together and is part of the same structure. This makes the end result much better than if we were just putting blocks together randomly without a plan.

Hope that helps, kiddo!
