Concept-driven strategy

Concept-driven strategy is a way of making decisions and thinking about how to get from Point A to Point B. It uses ideas and concepts to help guide you. For example, if you are starting a business and want to succeed, you might come up with a concept that to make it work, you need to focus on quality customer service and selling the best products you can find. Then you would use that concept to come up with strategies and ideas that fit with that goal. You might come up with the idea to hire friendly customer service staff, find the best suppliers, offer discounts, and have great marketing. All of these things would help support your concept and help you move closer to your goal.
