Conciliarity

Conciliarity is like when you and your friends make group decisions together. It means that everyone has a say and everyone's opinion is important.

In the church, conciliarity means that important decisions are made by a group of people instead of just one person. This group is called a council. The council is made up of leaders from different parts of the church. They meet together to talk about important things and then make decisions together.

The idea behind conciliarity is that no one person knows everything or can make all the right decisions by themselves. By working together and listening to each other, the council can make better decisions and help the church grow in a positive way.

Conciliarity is an important part of many churches and helps keep everyone involved and working together towards the same goal.
