ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Cooperative economics

Cooperative Economics is when a group of people band together to own and share resources in order to benefit the whole community. This means that instead of having one person or company controlling resources, the members of the group share them and work together. This is different than how most people think of businesses because all the members of the cooperative share responsibility and resources. It is like an extended family or friendship group where everyone has a part to play and everything is shared equally.
