Coprolite

Coprolite is the fancy word for "poop rock." It's what happens when really, really old poop gets hard over time and turns into a rock. Yup, you read that right - people study old poop rocks! Scientists can learn a lot about animals and even people from these ancient turds. They can find out what they ate, if they were healthy, and even what kind of diseases they had. So, while it may sound gross, poop rocks can actually be pretty cool if you're interested in history and science!
