ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Corporate transparency

Corporate transparency is when a company, like a corporation, is open and honest about their decisions and their activities. This means, for example, showing the public all of their financial records, so people can understand exactly how much money they are making and where it is going. Corporate transparency also means explaining why they make the decisions they do so that people can trust them and understand what they are doing.
