Counterfeit

Counterfeit is when people make something that looks like it was made by someone else. For example, someone might make a t-shirt that looks like it was made by a big company, but it was really made by someone else without the company’s permission. Counterfeit things are usually cheaper than the real thing, but they are not usually very good quality.
