Crisp (dessert)

Crisps are a yummy dessert that people make using fruit and a crunchy topping. Imagine you have a big bowl of your favorite fruit, like apples or peaches. You sprinkle some sugar and cinnamon on top and then spread a mixture on top of the fruit that has oats, flour, butter, and brown sugar. This mixture gets all crispy and crunchy when it bakes in the oven. After your crisp has been in the oven, you take it out and let it cool down a little bit.
