ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Croatian–Romanian–Slovak friendship proclamation

Okay, so imagine you and your two best friends are playing together. You all love playing games and having fun, and you always stick up for each other when someone tries to bully one of you. One day, you three decide that you want everyone to know how much you care for and value each other's friendship. So, you decide to make a special announcement, like you're giving a speech or making a big poster.

Now, imagine that instead of just you and your two friends, it's three whole countries: Croatia, Romania and Slovakia. These countries have come together and decided that they really like each other, and they want to make a special announcement of their own. This announcement is called a proclamation, which means they are making a big, official statement about something important.

This proclamation says that the leaders and people of Croatia, Romania and Slovakia want to be great friends with each other and work together on lots of things. They want to help each other out, respect each other's cultures and languages, and make sure that everyone in their countries gets a fair deal. They also want to make sure that people who are mean or unfair to any of the three countries will know that they're not alone, and that their friends have their back.

Overall, the Croatian-Romanian-Slovak Friendship Proclamation is a way of saying, "We three countries really like each other and want everyone to know it. We want to be friends and work together to make the world a better place, and we won't stand for anyone being mean or unfair to us or our friends."
