Crunches

Crunches are a type of exercise that help make your tummy muscles strong. Imagine you are laying on your back like you do when you go to bed at night. Now pretend there is a big magnet pulling your belly button towards your spine. Try to lift your head and shoulders off the bed like you are trying to touch your toes with your fingers. This is what a crunch feels like! You can do a few crunches every day to make your tummy strong and healthy. Don't forget to breathe while you do them!
