Customer data management

Customer data management is when businesses store information about their customers and use that information to help them better serve their customers' needs. For example, if a business sells clothes, they might store information about what kind of clothes their customers like, their sizes, and any other preferences they have. This way, when new clothes of similar styles come in, the business can alert customers that they're now available. Customer data management helps businesses understand their customers better and provide better service.
