Cut of pork

So, you know when you have a big piece of meat, like a ham or a pork chop? Well, sometimes people want to cut that big piece into smaller pieces that are the right size for cooking or for serving.

These smaller pieces are called cuts of pork. They might be things like pork ribs, or pork loin, or pork shoulder. Each cut has a different shape and size, and some are better for certain recipes than others.

Some cuts, like the pork tenderloin, are very lean and tender, while others, like pork belly, have more fat and are better for slow-cooking.

But no matter what cut of pork you have, it's important to cook it all the way through to make sure it's safe to eat. And remember, always wash your hands and utensils after handling raw meat!
