Dürüm

Okay, so you know how sometimes you eat sandwiches with bread as the outside? Well, with dürüm, it's a sandwich but instead of bread, they use a flatbread that's kind of like a tortilla or a wrap. Inside the dürüm, you can put all sorts of yummy things like meat or vegetables or cheese.

Dürüm is originally from Turkey, but now you can find it in many different countries. The name "dürüm" actually means "rolled" in Turkish because the flatbread is rolled up around the fillings. It's a very popular street food in many places because it's tasty and easy to eat while you're walking around.

Overall, dürüm is a type of sandwich made with a rolled-up flatbread and filled with delicious things. Yum!
