DISHFIRE

Dishfire is a programme run by the US government which collects lots and lots of messages sent over mobile phones. It collects things like texts and emails, so it's like a big phone record-keeper. It collects this information from all around the world, and the US government uses it to try to figure out important things like what terrorists might be up to.
