Dashboards (management information systems)

A dashboard is like a map or a checklist that helps a manager or someone in charge keep track of how a business or project is doing. It usually contains lots of information, like figures or numbers that show how much money a company is making, or how many people are working at the company. The dashboard makes it easier for the manager to quickly and easily see how things are going and figure out what actions need to be taken to improve the business or project.
