Deep fryer

Okay kiddo, so a deep fryer is a big pot that you use to cook food in hot oil. You know how we cook French fries and chicken nuggets in the oven? Well, we can also cook them in a deep fryer.

First, we fill the pot with oil and heat it up until it's really hot. Then, we put in the food we want to cook. The hot oil surrounds the food and cooks it quickly. That's why deep-fried foods are often crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

But remember, handling hot oil can be dangerous, so we have to be very careful when using a deep fryer. We shouldn't touch the hot oil or the fryer while it's on. Only grown-ups should use a deep fryer and they should always follow the instructions for safe use.
