Deepfakes
Deepfakes are when someone creates a fake video of someone doing or saying something that they never did or said. This can be done using a computer program and by using videos, images, and audio of the person they are trying to imitate. The computer program can then mix the audio and video together to create a convincing fake video that looks like it was made by the person in the video. Deepfakes can be used to spread false information or to embarrass someone.
