Dental plan

A dental plan is a way for people to get help paying for their teeth and gum care. Similar to how your parents might pay for things like food and toys, adults have to pay for their own dental care. But dental care can be really expensive, especially if you have problems with your teeth or gums. So, some adults choose to get a dental plan to help them pay for some of these costs.

Think of it like this: when you go to the dentist, you might need them to do things like clean your teeth, fill a cavity, or pull out a tooth. Each of these things costs a different amount of money, and it can add up quickly. But with a dental plan, you pay a certain amount of money each month (sort of like when your parents pay for your home or car insurance) and in return, the insurance company helps cover some of the costs of your dental care.

Just like when you get a toy or a treat, getting a dental plan can make you really happy because you know that your teeth are being taken care of and you're not going to have to pay a lot of money if you need to go to the dentist.
