Deputy premier
Okay kiddo, so you know how every group needs a leader, right? Well, in some parts of the world, like in Australia, they have a group called the government that helps run the place. The top leader of the government is called the Premier, a bit like the captain of a sports team.
Now, sometimes the Premier has a lot of work to do and needs someone to help them with some of the important stuff. That's where the Deputy Premier comes in! The Deputy Premier is like the Vice Captain of the sports team. They help the Premier lead the team and make sure everything is running smoothly.
They also help make decisions, give advice, and talk with other important people in the government. Basically, they work together so that the government can get things done and make the people who live there happy.
So, just like how your teacher might have a helper when they're busy, the Premier has a helper too - and that's the Deputy Premier!
