Design by dictator

Design by dictator means there is one person who gets to make all the decisions about how something is going to look or work. Just like how a king or queen makes all the important choices for their kingdom, the dictator of design gets to decide what colors, shapes, and sizes things should be. They might say, "I want this button to be green and this one to be blue!" and everyone else has to follow their rules. It's kind of like playing a game where one person gets to decide all the rules and everyone else has to follow them. In design, it's important to have good teamwork and communication so that everyone can have a say and make something that works for everyone.
