Device Configuration Overlay

Device configuration overlays are instructions that you can put on top of a computer or device's existing set-up. They tell the device what function and features you want it to have. For example, if you are using a phone, you can put an overlay on it that makes it look like a different phone and give it different features. It's like changing the wallpaper on your phone, but instead you're changing how the phone looks and works.
