ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Diamond blade

A diamond blade is a special cutting tool that we use to cut hard things like concrete, bricks, and stones. It is called a diamond blade because it has tiny diamond particles on its outer edge.

Imagine having a pencil with tiny little pieces of diamonds all around the tip of the pencil instead of lead. Those diamonds are so hard that they can actually scratch and cut through other things, even things that are really tough like rocks and metal.

Now, the diamond blade works in a similar way. It has lots of tiny diamond particles stuck to the outside of it. When we turn it on and apply some pressure to the edge, those diamonds make small cuts into the hard material we are cutting, slowly breaking it apart.

So, if we need to cut through something really hard like a block of concrete or a brick wall, we use a diamond blade because the diamonds help make the cuts easier and more efficient. It's like having a superhero pencil that can cut through anything!
