Dine and dash

So imagine you go to a restaurant with your mommy or daddy or your big brother or sister. You sit down at a table and someone comes to take your order. You pick what you want to eat and they bring it to you. You eat all your food and then you want to leave.

But, you know what? Some people don't want to pay for their food. They eat and then they run away without giving the restaurant any money. That's called a dine and dash.

That's not nice because the restaurant needs the money from the food they made to pay their workers and buy more food for other people to eat. Plus, it's not fair to the other people who are paying for their food.

So, when you go to a restaurant, always make sure to pay for your food before you leave. That way, the restaurant can keep making yummy food for everyone to enjoy.
