Disability in horror films

Disability in horror films is when a person in the movie has some kind of disability, usually physical like being in a wheelchair, being blind, or having a speech difficulty. It can also be mental, like mental illness. Disability in horror films usually shows how the person with the disability can be just as capable as anyone else in difficult and even dangerous situations. It can show how people with disabilities can be strong, brave, and powerful.
