Disaster preparedness (cultural property)

Okay kiddo, do you know what a disaster is? It's something that happens that can be really bad, like a big storm or fire.

Now, what is cultural property? It means things that are really special and important to our heritage and history, like artwork, buildings, and even historical documents.

So, disaster preparedness for cultural property means getting ready just in case a disaster happens so we can protect those special things.

We need to plan ahead and decide what to do if there's a disaster, like where to put the special things so they don't get hurt. We might need to move them to a safer place or cover them so they don't get dirty or wet.

Also, we can make sure the special things are safe by taking pictures and making copies of important documents. That way, even if something happens, we can still remember and learn from our heritage and history.

So, the important thing is to be prepared and protect these special things so they can be shared with future generations.
