Discovery learning

Discovery learning is a way of learning that encourages people to explore, find out new things and make their own discoveries. You might look around (or online) for different things that might help you learn. Then, you can use what you find to create your own understanding of the topic. This type of learning is a fun and interactive way to learn and is different from the traditional way of teaching (where a teacher or textbook tells you the information). You get to be the one to make discoveries and learn by doing!
