Discrimination against homeless people

Okay kiddo, let me explain what discrimination against homeless people means.

Do you know what discrimination means? It means treating someone unfairly or differently because of something like their race, gender, or age. And do you know what homeless means? It means someone who doesn't have a home to live in.

So, sometimes people treat homeless people unfairly and differently just because they don't have a home. They might not give them jobs, or they might not let them use their bathroom or sit on a bench.

This isn't fair because just because someone doesn't have a home doesn't mean they're a bad person. They still have feelings and need to eat and stay clean just like everyone else.

We should try to be kind to everyone, no matter where they live or what they look like. We should try to help homeless people by giving them food, clothes, and maybe even a place to stay. That way, they can have a chance to get back on their feet and find a home of their own someday.
