ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Diversity of tactics

Okay kiddo, so diversity of tactics is when different people have different ways of trying to get the same thing done. Imagine all your friends want to make a big sandcastle, but some of them like to use buckets to make the towers and others like to use their hands to dig a moat around the castle. They are all working together but in their own way.

Now let's say there are bigger things people want to achieve like making their community better or getting equal rights for everyone. Some people might think the best way to do this is by talking to politicians and making laws, while others might think marching in the streets and protesting is the right way. So they all work together, but use their own tactics to get the job done.

It's like a big puzzle, kiddo. Everyone has a different piece and if they work together, they can make something really amazing. It's important to have diversity of tactics because different people have different skills and experiences that they can bring to the table. When everyone works together, they can achieve really great things.
