A dwarf galaxy is like a tiny version of a regular galaxy, which is like a huge bunch of stars and planets and other stuff all stuck together. But the dwarf galaxies don't have as many stars or stuff as the big galaxies, so they're smaller and not as bright or shiny. They almost look like little blobs, and they can sometimes circle around the bigger galaxies like the Earth circles around the sun. But even though they're tiny, they're still pretty cool and have lots of interesting things for scientists to study!
