Earth jurisprudence

Earth jurisprudence is a way of looking at the world that puts nature and the environment at the center. It recognizes that there is a connection between all things on earth, and that nature has rights of its own. In other words, it puts nature on an equal footing with people and cities when it comes to deciding how we use the planet. It also recognizes that humans are part of nature, and so our actions should consider how it impacts the rest of the environment. To put it simply, earth jurisprudence is about looking after the earth like it does for us.
