ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Eastern Partnership

The Eastern Partnership is a group of countries that are friends with each other and have agreed to work together to help each other be stronger and happier. These countries are Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine.

Just like how you have friends at school who you play with and share toys with, these countries have decided to work together to make each other's lives better. They want to help each other with things like growing food, making clothes, building houses, and keeping everyone safe and healthy.

The Eastern Partnership is like a big club where these countries can talk to each other and plan things together. They also have friends in other countries, like the European Union, who can help them with money and resources to make their plans happen.

These countries all have different languages, traditions, and cultures, but they have decided that they want to be friends and help each other out. By working together, they hope to create a better future for themselves and their families.
