Ecocities

Ecocities are cities that are built in a way that is friendly to the natural environment. They are designed to reduce pollution and provide clean air, water, and energy while focusing on sustainability. This means they might use renewable energy like solar or wind to provide power to homes and businesses, build buildings that don't create a lot of waste, provide places for recreation and leisure, and grow and produce food locally, so that the city doesn't need to rely on food that has been shipped in. To keep the city healthy and eco-friendly, people will bike or use other forms of transportation that don't create a lot of pollution, like electric cars. People also live in homes that use natural resources and energy more efficiently, so that they have less of an impact on the environment. Ecocities are really important because they help protect the planet and keep the air, water, and land clean.
