Egyptian mathematics

Egyptian mathematics was a system of mathematics used by the Ancient Egyptians to solve problems. It was mostly made up of basic arithmetic and geometry. In arithmetic they would add, subtract, multiply and divide. To solve geometry problems they would measure angles and distances and use shapes like circles, triangles and squares. Egyptian mathematics was very useful for helping to build things like pyramids and temples!
