Elancing

The person looking for someone to do the work is called the "client" and the person doing the work is called the "freelancer."

Elancing is really cool because it lets people from all over the world work with each other. So a client in the United States could hire a freelancer from Australia to do the work. And the freelancer gets paid for doing a good job! It's a great way to make money and do work that you enjoy without having to go to a "real" job every day.
